Classic Potato Salad Recipe

Level up your outdoor feasts with this all-time favourite potato salad! Creamy, zesty, and full of flavour – the perfect sidekick for any braai or camping cook-up.
Ingredients:
1kg Baby Potatoes
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup chives minced
2 tbs tomato sauce
1 chopped red onion
Crushed garlic
Crushed red chilies
Fresh herbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Serves: 10

Instructions:
Place peeled and diced potatoes into a large pot and cover them with water.
Cook over medium high heat until tender, about 15 minutes.
Strain potatoes and place them into a large bowl.
Dressing: Mix together and add to your potatoes, serve warm
