Quick & Easy Garlic Mushrooms

What You’ll Need
A handful of fresh mushrooms (whole or halved if large)
1 tablespoon butter
A pinch of salt
Fresh thyme or chopped parsley
Tin Foil
Method
Place the mushrooms in the centre of a sheet of foil.
Add the butter on top, then season with salt and herbs.
Wrap tightly to seal — you want to keep all that flavour inside.
Place the foil pack near the coals or directly on the DuoKwik grid.
Cook for about 10 minutes, turning once if needed.
Carefully open (watch the steam) and serve straight from the foil.
